Emma joined Pro Aesthetics as Client Manager in September 2022. From her very first job, administration and client focus have always played a strong part in her career. Previous roles include positions at Nottingham’s Queens Medical Centre in the Diagnostic Imaging Department in a high paced and pressurised environment and then later at a market leading cost-reduction company in Hertfordshire. Her most recent position was at Spire Private Hospital where she worked on a busy surgical ward. In every role that Emma has held she strongly believes that attention to detail is a minimum requirement, and she prides herself on her organisational and accuracy skills.

Emma has enjoyed travelling over the years and has been fortunate enough to visit many destinations, such as Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, Canada, and the Maldives (to name a few) making memories and experiences that have stayed with her for a lifetime.

Emma is very family orientated and outside of work is married with 3 children. On the odd occasion she gets any free time, she likes to spend it either being pampered or putting her feet up with a good book. Although Emma favours the warmth of her home as 1st choice she is also very fond of nice restaurants and maybe a glass of wine or two!

Helen

Clinic Manager

Helen started working at Boots Head Office as an office junior, straight from school.  She had many roles there throughout the years and was a systems trainer when made redundant in 2004.  Her husband was also made redundant within weeks, so they set up their own Business Consultancy, where she has since worked with various companies.  Due to her interest in Forensic Science, she went to college for 2 years to study it full time and then on to university where she obtained both a degree in Law with Criminology and a Masters in Criminal Justice and Human Rights.

She is Mum to one grown up daughter and 8 cats.  Her passion is Formula One – both watching on TV and going to races, cruising holidays and dancing (ballroom and Latin).  She is also a bit of a dare devil, having completed a tandem skydive from 13,500 feet and wing walked, despite a fear of heights!

Poppy

Poppy studied Business, Politics, and English at sixth form before working a year in customer service. Now, Poppy has joined ProAesthetics where she will continue to work as a Client Manager. Poppy has enjoyed playing hockey and netball and spent most of her childhood Horse Riding, competing at a national level all around the country. Outside of work, Poppy enjoy trips to Chamonix, France, where her and her family love to visit the slopes and nice restaurants.
